Vanity Savoir Faire por fin ya no es un tema de conversacion, sino una realidad! Un "hiiiii!!" sonoro (los tipicos que haces mientras saludas con la mano a modo euforia) a toda la gente que nos está dando la oportunidad de compartir nuestras ideas y pensamientos con ellos y a Nocturnela por habernos animado tanto durante meses a crear este blog (hemos tenido que poner una orden de alejamiento!!!) y por tener fé en mi y mi obsesión por hablar de maquillaje a lo Carrie (funkyzeit, DJ. Gracias.)!!!...


Natural de Manhattan, viví en California, regresé a la Gran Manzana, y he acabado pasando mi tiempo en Europa que, por el momento, es mi "sede" (Soy una Naciones Unidas andante). Por esta razón habrá vídeos en "espanglish" o en inglés y es el por qué de mi fijación con mantener un aspecto siempre de "chica de al lado" en cuanto a mi "look" (excepto cuando cae la noche y puedo parecer Lady Gaga).
En general, soy de la vieja escuela;
Juro por Vogue y Vanity Fair. Elizabeth Taylor es mi lider. Fantaseo con El Viejo Hollywood y suspiro porque mi estilo es bastante casual con un toque de Gilda. No creo en los "trends" (se podria decir q soy anti-trends). Mi modus operandi es comprar varios de algo que me apasiona y,  aunque sea muy "last year", lo uso. Hasta la saciedad! Sea ropa, accesorio o maquillaje (adicta a los bolsos y al maquillaje).
Zerinha y yo somos distintas, pero a la vez iguales;
Nos encanta vernos bien y somos del pensamiento de que no es mas guapa la que mas maquillaje tiene, sino la que mejor sabe usar lo que tiene. No soy ni coleccionista de maquillaje, ni fashionista (el aspecto negativo), ni compro por tener, solo me gusta gustarme (y las barras de colores llameantes!!!!!).

Vanity Savoir Faire is no longer just a topic of conversation, it´s a reality! Big "hiiiiiii!!" (the kind that you do whilst waving with your hand euphorically) to everyone who is giving us the opportunity to to share our ideas and thoughts with them, and to Nocturnella for having cheered us on for so many MONTHS in order to get us to create this blog (we actually had to get a restraining order, lmao!), and for having so much faith in me and my obsession for talking about makeup alá Carrie (funkyzeit, DJ. Thank you.)!!!....
Born in Manhattan, I´ve lived in California, gone back to Manhattan and am now spending my time in Europe which, for the time being, is where I´m residing (I´m a walking United Nations). For this reason, there will be videos done with a lil´spanglish mixed between, but mostly in English due to my fixation on keeping my "girl next door" style (except when night falls and I may look like Lady Gaga) and because although I´m a globe-trotter, Georgia will always be on mind (so to speak, especially Benefit´s).
In general, I´m old school;

I swear by Vogue and Vanity Fair. Elizabeth Taylor is my leader. I dream of Old Hollywood and am a product of it: casual with a touch of Gilda. I don´t believe in "trends" (one could say I´m anti-trends). My modus operandi is to buy several of one thing that I am truly passionate about and, even if it´s "so last year", I use it. To death! Be it clothes, accessories or makeup (I´m addicted to bags and makeup).
Zerinha and I are different, but at the same time we´re totally (the valley in me) alike; We love getting the best out of ourselves and we´re of the phylosophy that having more makeuo doesn´t make you more beautiful, but knowing how to use what you have does. I´m not a collector or fashionista (in the negative sense), nor do I buy makeup for the sake of having it, I just like looking and feeling great (and flaming lip colors!!!!).
